The Transformation Unit is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Patient Data Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Trust Policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient data, including receipt and distribution of mail, and maintenance of electronic records.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring all case notes are properly stored and retrieved.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust Policies and procedures, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You should also possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work calmly and methodically in a busy environment. We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £34,233 per annum, depending on experience.
