Our expertise in internal and external fibre network architectures makes us a reliable choice for telecommunications industry operators and vendors.
Your Role
As a Trainee Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our fibre coordinators, shadowing their responsibilities and learning the job. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with our team to plan and schedule telecoms works, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Updating Trackers and IT Systems: Accurately update trackers and other IT systems on a daily basis, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
- Learning the Streetworks Process: Familiarize yourself with the Streetworks process, understanding its importance in our operations.
- Client Meetings and Communication: Participate in meetings with clients to understand job priorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Information Collection and Reporting: Collect information from site and report on timesheets and invoices, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations.
- Resolving Delays and Disruptions: Work with our team to resolve delays and disruptions to the program, ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaboration with Office and Field Staff: Develop strong relationships with both office and field staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Understanding Works Instructions and Job Packs: Familiarize yourself with the requirements of works instructions and job packs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Workstack Management and Prioritization: Assist in managing the workstack and prioritizing tasks, ensuring efficient project execution.
- SLD Creation and Updates: Create and update SLDs (Site Location Details), maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
