About the Role

Future Network Solutions Ltd are seeking a highly skilled Trainee Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. As a Trainee Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our fibre coordinators, shadowing their role with a view to learning the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and scheduling of telecoms works, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Update trackers and other IT systems on a daily basis, maintaining accurate records of progress.
  • Learn the Streetworks process, understanding the requirements of a works instruction/job pack.
  • Join meetings with clients to understand job priorities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collect information from site and report on timesheets and invoices, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Understand the requirements of a works instruction/job pack, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Keep track of the workstack and help prioritize works, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Creation and updates to SLD's, maintaining accurate records of project progress.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required, but you must show a keen aptitude to learn.
  • Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
