About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Coordinator to join our team at Future Network Solutions Ltd in Leeds.

As a Trainee Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our fibre coordinators, shadowing their role and learning the job.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with planning and scheduling of telecoms works
  • Updating trackers and other IT systems on a daily basis
  • Learning the Streetworks process
  • Participating in meetings with clients to understand job priorities
  • Collecting information from site and reporting on timesheets and invoices
  • Collaborating with the wider team to resolve delays and disruptions to the program
  • Working with both office and field staff
  • Understanding the requirements of a works instruction / job pack
  • Keeping track of the workstack and helping prioritize works
  • Creating and updating SLD's
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, but you must show a keen aptitude to learn
  • Effective and clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
