**Key Responsibilities:**

* Management of Streetworks notices, including raising, closing, and registering
* Chasing notice information to ensure timely completion of Streetworks tasks
* Tracking notice and permit applications
* Arranging traffic management and ensuring correct TM is booked for each job
* Completion of TTRO forms as required
* Collaboration with the wider team to resolve delays and disruptions to the program
* Liaising with local highways authorities as necessary
* Scheduling works according to the program, including distribution of job packs and safe dig prints
* Tracking works activities and maintaining accurate records
* Creation and updates to SLDs

**Requirements:**

* Prior experience in a Coordinator or similar role is essential
* Experience with Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley)
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Team player with a telecoms background desirable but not essential
* Competent use of Microsoft Office packages
