Streetworks Coordinator Job Description

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd is seeking an experienced Streetworks Coordinator to join their team in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting fibre coordinators and ensuring the smooth execution of the Streetworks process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streetworks Process Management: Manage all aspects of the Streetworks process, including noticing, closing, and registering.
  • Notice Chasing: Chase notice information where applicable, ensuring timely completion of Streetworks timescales.
  • Tracking and Permitting: Track notice and permit applications, and arrange traffic management as needed.
  • TTRO Forms: Complete TTRO forms where applicable, and work with the wider team to resolve delays and disruptions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with office and field staff, and liaise with local highways authorities as necessary.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule works as per the program, and maintain accurate records and updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a Coordinator or similar role is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Experience of Street Manager or equivalent systems (Symology, Solo, Bentley) is required.
  • Communication: Effective and clear communication, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Teamwork: A team player with a telecoms background is desirable but not essential.
  • Microsoft Office: Competent use of Microsoft Office packages is required.
