Cost Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services across the full project lifecycle. This includes assisting on feasibility studies, writing procurement reports, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procuring, conducting contract administration, and producing monthly post-contract cost reports.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commissions of varying sizes, ensuring timely and accurate cost checking and valuation.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, project managers, and other consultants.
- Work collaboratively with our project management team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and contribute to the growth of our cost management services.
- Assist in the production of bid documentation and participate in extracurricular activities to enhance your professional development.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services.
- Professional qualification (RICS or similar) and degree or HNC level qualification.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Confident and professional manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
