Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Cost Management Specialist to join our team in the North East. As a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will be responsible for administering a variety of contracts, providing accurate project cost monitoring and forecasting, and collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow.
  • Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives.
  • Managing contract change effectively and ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
  • Driving improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
  • Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
  • Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
