About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at the Conningbrook Hotel in Kennington. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to the highest standards, using our extensive menu and promotions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and showing consideration for colleagues and other departments.
  • Stay organized and tidy, multitasking and prioritizing customer requests and tasks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Ensure accurate recording of customer orders and payments using our EPOS systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, embracing new skills and knowledge to enhance your performance.
