About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at the Conningbrook Hotel in Kennington. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to the highest standards, using our menu and promotions to drive sales and revenue.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and other departments.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy section, adhering to RedCat's health and safety standards and ensuring that our venues are beautifully presented at all times.
  • Use EPOS systems to accurately record customer orders and take payments, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and securely.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities, including online courses and on-the-job coaching, to enhance your skills and knowledge.
