About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at Bull Barton Mill. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage cash and stock effectively, using EPOS systems to accurately record customer orders and take payments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, promotions, and events to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, adhering to RedCat's policies and procedures.
