**Job Summary**
Thorn Baker Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our construction site operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the site management team, including preparing and distributing reports, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including subcontractor and supplier information.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve site efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.00-£14.30, depending on experience.
- A smart-casual dress code.
- Public transportation options available.
**Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, 8am-4:00pm.
