About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Toy Merchandising Champion to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in the Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores in the Norfolk area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Entertainer space is set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, shelves are well-stocked, and that your fellow merchandisers are trained in all things toys.
  • Operate within a region, travelling across the Norfolk area to achieve coverage and quality targets by supporting, training and coaching colleagues.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams as the eyes and ears in the stores.
  • Act as a compliance champion, holding yourself and your colleagues accountable to deliver the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and local Entertainer Field Managers.
Requirements
  • Happy to travel across the defined area.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car that can be used for business purposes is required.
  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Experience training or coaching colleagues would be a bonus.
  • Are willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (you'll be paid extra to do so).
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
