Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Financial Operations Coordinator to join our client's team, a manufacturing company based in the UK.

The ideal candidate will provide essential support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations using Sage Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate purchase and sales ledgers
  • Handle credit control responsibilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Record bank account entries and perform reconciliations with precision
  • Run comprehensive financial reports using Sage Accounts software

Requirements:

  • A solid grasp of the nominal structure and coding system within Sage
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting

The estimated salary for this role is £12 per hour. As a part-time position, you will work Monday-Thursday from 9:00AM-3:00PM with the possibility of extension after the initial 3-4 month period.
