Job Summary:
A highly motivated and dedicated Academic Support Professional is required to join our team at Academics. In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support classroom teachers in implementing tailored educational plans for students with diverse learning requirements.
  • Work closely with students on a one-on-one or small group basis to provide targeted support and interventions.
  • Adapt instructional materials and techniques to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining detailed records to track their development.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes engagement and motivation.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in Education or a related field, experience working with children with diverse learning needs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Salary: Estimated salary: $52,111 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
