Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a friendly and welcoming secondary school in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring students achieve their personal development goals and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Key Stage 3 and 4 students in a secondary school setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for providing high-quality learning support, assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to students, focusing on their academic and personal needs
• Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
• Monitor student progress, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address these
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective learning strategies
