Job Title: Partnerships Director

At Vitality, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our everyday care proposition and leading the transformation of our healthcare services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization that is shaping the future of healthcare. As Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership to develop and implement our everyday care proposition
  • Managing a team to ensure the transformation and optimization of our current everyday care journeys
  • Working with development and design teams to design pathways that are clinically safe and achieve excellent clinical outcomes
  • Developing and leading new and existing operations workflow design to ensure seamless, integrated, and clinically safe member journeys
  • Leading the development of new pathways and partners to be offered to our members
  • Supporting and managing the writing, editing, documenting, and publishing of clinical content
  • Representing Vitality at external conferences and events
  • Leading clinical due diligence of new and potential partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clinical qualifications (Medical qualification with GMC registration desirable)
  • At least 10 years of healthcare or health sector experience, ideally as a practicing physician
  • Comprehensive knowledge of primary care system setup and how digital products can be implemented within them
  • Demonstrable interest or experience in one or more of the following: Primary Care, digital health, digital transformation, clinical care delivery
  • Strong and successful track record of cross-functional working in a large, matrixed organization
  • Proven understanding of UK health regulatory environment, clinical governance, and audit processes and practices
  • Experience with project or programme management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
