We are partnering with a leading global Cross-Border Payments Fintech to find an exceptional Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in scaling their payment product offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have a significant impact on the company's growth, working closely with various stakeholders across the business to develop innovative payments solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Payments Product Owner and cross-functional delivery teams to visualise outcomes, scope, and prioritise work.
  • Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to enable effective solutions and outcomes.
  • Select and use the most appropriate tools and techniques to support planning, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and improvement of systems and services within a project.
  • Analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities.
  • Document conceptual models to support strategic planning and decision making.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements:

  • A strong background as a Business Analyst in a Fintech/Payments environment, working with Agile methodologies and the end-to-end development of products.
  • Paid experience with payments automation.
  • A proven track record of working with SWIFT systems, ISO 20022, and payment gateway integrations.
  • A solid understanding of APIs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders towards business goals.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.
  • A proven ability to drive process improvements and optimise business outcomes.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £80,000 per annum.
  • A hybrid role, requiring office presence three days a week in Central London.
