About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Coordinator to support our ambitious sustainability goals at TM Green Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, assessments, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainability principles into design and construction processes.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance, including tracking key metrics and targets.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote and ensure adherence to sustainability objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and proposals, ensuring sustainability requirements are met.
  • Stay updated on relevant sustainability regulations, standards, and industry trends.
  • Support the ESG and Sustainability team in delivering training and awareness programs.
Requirements
  • Possess a strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles within the construction industry.
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering).
  • Have ~2+ years of experience in a sustainability-focused role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have experience with sustainability assessment and reporting tools.
  • Be knowledgeable of UK sustainability regulations and building codes.
