About the Role:

As part of our Posterscope Planning and Buying division, the Craft Team is responsible for delivering Out-of-Home (OOH) solutions for advertisers with specific location-based briefs or granular OOH requirements.

  • This includes local store support, event targeting, regional targeting, long-term location-specific activity, and smaller budget campaigns.
  • We activate campaigns across various advertisers, including The Co-Operative Group, Screwfix, The Gym Group, and Ikea.

Our entry-level roles are accessible to everyone, regardless of background or career stage.

Responsibilities:

As a Craft Assistant, you will:

  • Build knowledge and understanding of OOH formats and technology, as well as company tools and systems.
  • Work with the team to ensure all planning and buying for allocated briefs and clients follows the Planning & Buying framework and is delivered efficiently and at a consistently high standard.

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Good communication skills to identify and highlight any issues or opportunities.
  • Able to build positive day-to-day working relationships with media owner partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills to manage and prioritise varying volumes of work.
  • Negotiation skills to ensure pricing guidelines are adhered to.
  • Excellent administration skills with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
