Our client, a highly successful Specialist Manufacturer, seeks a high-caliber R&D Engineer to join their team in KENT. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to growth, expansion, and significant project wins.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and confident self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and developing new products and technologies that meet our company's mission statement: 'Manufacturing competitively priced, high quality, construction products.'

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
  • To conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and processes.

Requirements

What We Offer
