Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accountancy Practitioner to join our team in Norwich, Cambridge or Peterborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy practice, with experience in agriculture and bloodstock sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver non-audit services to clients in the agriculture and bloodstock sectors, contributing to the growth of this offering.
• Provide regular updates on assignment progression to senior team members or portfolio holders.
• Apply up-to-date technical knowledge to client assignments, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Accounts Semi Senior, Semi Senior Accountant, Practice Accountant, Client Accountant, Junior Accountant, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of taxation laws and regulations, including corporation tax, personal tax, VAT, and annual/management accounts.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Farmplan, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks Online.
• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified.

What's On Offer:
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including 23 days annual leave, contributory pension scheme, 4x life assurance, all employee share scheme, and full study support.
