We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Data Coordinator to join our team at Hobbycraft. As a key member of our buying team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Validation and Upload: Validate and upload new line information into our Navision database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Act as the gatekeeper of data integrity on the system, providing an accurate and efficient service in the data maintenance of all products throughout their lifecycle.
- Promotional Data Activity: Coordinate and implement all promotional data activity, ensuring promotions land accurately and to agreed CPA.
- New Product Data Activity: Coordinate and implement new product data activity during Product Programme reviews to agreed CPA.
- Lifecycle Changes: Responsible for all lifecycle changes of products on the system.
- Cost Price and Retail Price Changes: Responsible for maintenance and accuracy of cost price and retail price changes on the system.
- Waste Packaging and WEEE Returns: Provide accurate data for Waste Packaging and WEEE returns.
- Quality Control: Support Quality Control Manager with maintenance of testing and Data Safety sheets.
- Finance Support: Assist Finance team with invoice queries by liaising with buyers and suppliers.
- Navision Database Setup: Assist with data setup on Navision database for new store openings to agreed CPA.
- User Acceptance Testing: Act as a User Acceptance Tester for any development to Navision database as appropriate.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Operations, Customer Services, Retail Assist and Distribution Centre to resolve all queries as appropriate.
- Meetings and Administration: Attend cross-functional meetings, raise concerns, take notes and actions, and perform general admin tasks.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Intermediate Excel Skills: Including a good understanding of V Look up function.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to demonstrate a keen eye for accuracy and detail in all aspects.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to managing fast-changing priorities and show a high level of flexibility in attitude towards all tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, developing collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying issues and resolutions.
