We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a customer-centric approach to deliver 2nd-level support, assist end-users, and maintain hardware. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary point of contact for end-users requiring technical support.
  • Offer 1st and 2nd-level support for incidents and service requests related to end-user devices, software applications, and network issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, including computers, printers, scanners, and office equipment.
  • Handle setup, installation, and maintenance of end-user applications and ensure functionality.
  • Maintain asset inventories, manage stock levels of devices and peripherals, and order new equipment as required.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to end-users to promote efficient technology use.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic IT knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.
  • Relevant IT qualification such as ITIL, CCNA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with an ability to respond proactively to end-user needs.
