We're seeking a highly skilled Wind Developer to join our team at Raw Energy, a leading company in the renewable energy sector. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative renewable energy projects across the UK.

Raw Energy was founded to facilitate the growth in power generated from renewable sources and to ensure that energy generated is used as efficiently as possible. Our team consists of experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in consultancy, development, asset management, investment, construction, installation, and agri-tech.

Job Description

This full-time permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, based at Raw Energy's head office in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, with the option of hybrid working for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, plus a day off for your birthday, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project viability and optimize financial returns.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts on project status, including needs, risks, goals, and progress.
  • Ensure projects comply with planning, regulatory, HSE, and legal requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in renewable energy development (essential) with experience in wind development (desirable).
  • Good appreciation of all renewable technology and their geographic and infrastructure constraints.
  • Financial literacy, including experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial modeling.
