Reception Support Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Administrator to join our team at Itec Skills and Employment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure messages are passed to relevant staff members in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, including mail and packages.
- Ensure centre security procedures are followed at all times.
- Support the learner allowance process and other administrative functions as required.
- Receive visitors in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and ensure optimal use of available space.
Requirements
- Minimum two GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C and above).
