Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and coordinate the management of third-party provider processes.
  • Undertake administrative tasks and record keeping in relation to client funding requests.
  • Provide monitoring support for client accounts, ensuring case managers have access to accurate balance information when needed.
  • Follow up on requests for GP and medical records.
  • Undertake all required administration tasks as indicated by identified case managers.
  • Set up taxi accounts and book taxis for clients.
  • Flagging up when goal sheets and risk assessments need to be updated or reviewed.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience working in a clinical setting with individuals with disabilities or vulnerabilities.
  • Ability to work independently on a variety of projects with competing deadlines.
  • Passionate about our customers, business, and personal performance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, 23 days' holiday, a contributory pension, and a healthcare scheme with Simply Health.
