About the Job:
You will be working within our specialist team to conduct court-directed parenting capacity assessments. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Conducting parenting assessments within set timeframes
• Collaborating with parents, children, and professionals to develop care plans that prioritize the safety and well-being of children
• Preparing court statements and presenting evidence in court as needed
• Leading parenting programmes and providing direct support to children, young people, and families
• Conducting specialist assessments, including PAMs and sibling assessments
