We are seeking an experienced Individual Support Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Tottenham. In this role, you will work closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to coordinate support services and promote their independence.

About the Position:
  • Coordinate support services for service users, ensuring that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Assess the needs of service users and coordinate support services accordingly.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma is essential; certification in healthcare or social work is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
