Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing the entire exam schedule, including mock exams, GCSEs, and other assessments.
  • Liaising with exam boards to ensure accurate and timely entries.
  • Overseeing the setup of examination rooms and organising invigilation teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with exam board regulations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating access arrangements for students with additional needs.
  • Managing the secure storage and distribution of exam materials.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an education administration role or similar setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other IT systems.
  • A high level of attention to detail and understanding of exam board regulations.
