We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on assistance with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and household support. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, while respecting the dignity and privacy of each client.
* Assist clients with meal planning and preparation, taking into consideration their dietary preferences and restrictions.
* Prompt clients to take their medications as prescribed and assist with medication management as needed.

* Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
