About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care given by colleagues and lead the delivery of comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise junior staff and students, promoting a safe and therapeutic working environment.
Requirements
- Active NMC PIN with a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience.
- Relevant clinical experience in learning disability nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
