Job Title: Adult Social Work Position in Learning Disability Team
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to join our Learning Disability Team in Bromley. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, their families, and carers to provide person-centred support and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake social care needs assessments and support planning
- Implement short- to long-term interventions using a person-centred approach
- Conduct mental capacity assessments and safeguarding enquiries as necessary
- Work in accordance with relevant legislation and statutory guidance for individuals with learning disabilities
