Control Room Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Room Operator to join our team at Prime Management Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and security officers, and to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
This role offers a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, 36 hours per week, and various benefits including a company pension, health and wellbeing programme, and on-site parking.
