Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
  • Effectively meet the needs of clients and take additional responsibilities such as rota management, induction of staff, and staff supervision.
  • Work in a flexible manner, including working evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, as required.
  • Participate in our local On Call system to ensure 24/7 support for clients.
  • Administer medication as required.

Requirements:

  • A clean, up-to-date driving license and access to a vehicle for travel around the Doncaster area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
