Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging and professional content to populate these channels, driving engagement and follower growth.
  • Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms.
  • Assist in building and managing the social media content calendar, ensuring a good flow of content throughout the year.
  • Undertake proactive audience and competitor research, as well as analyse current trends across social media to ensure that content is both relevant and pertinent.
  • Assist with generating creative ideas for social content, including campaign assets, real-time videos, and copy.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy, tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English.
  • Proven interest in digital marketing, with a desire to learn and upskill.
  • Interest in content creation and emerging content trends.
  • A keen interest in digital marketing tools and trends, and an ability to adapt to continuously changing trends in digital and social media marketing.
  • Basic IT and social media skills, with proficiency in programs such as Outlook and Microsoft products.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • An ability to think creatively, alongside strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
Desirable Qualities
  • A degree in marketing or a creative subject.
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience with the wider suite of Adobe software, including InDesign and Lightroom, and good knowledge of Photoshop and its functionality.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven with strong reporting skills and a good level of experience using Microsoft Excel.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with a 1 hour break for lunch.
