Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing effective and technically competent breakdown and preventative maintenance services to products and systems at various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, ensuring their equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • To identify and communicate solutions and problems to customers, providing advice to maximize the potential of their machines.
  • To work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • To maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably in the industrial cleaning equipment sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical and electrical systems, including diesel engines, vehicle electrics, and industrial machines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to customer sites.

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 rising to £39,250.
