About The Role

We are seeking a Head of Maritime Product Development to lead our Torpedo Launcher Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a clear strategic plan is produced and executed, understanding and assessing our product fit with the current and future markets, and ensuring on-time project, product, and capability delivery, in line with agreed budgets for both direct and indirect staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a business area, delivering complex projects, product roadmap development, risk opportunity and earned value management, and business development. You must also be eligible for SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a clear strategic plan.
  • Assess our product fit with the current and future markets.
  • Ensure on-time project, product, and capability delivery, in line with agreed budgets for both direct and indirect staff.
Benefits:
  • A salary of £70K+ per annum, plus senior management bonus up to 15%.
