Job Title: Director - Implementation and Project Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our digital project management team. As a key member of our project management office, you will be responsible for delivering digital projects across our two Trusts, working closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the agreed specification, scope, and quality.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and variances, taking remedial action as necessary.
  • Produce accurate and consistent project reporting, detailed project plans, and manage issues and risks.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified PRINCE 2 Foundation
  • 2 years experience managing projects or working within an NHS project management environment
  • Evidence of achievements in a complex environment, including a successful track record of delivering against targets
  • Experience in a relevant healthcare setting, using and implementing hospital patient administration and/or clinical systems
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of NHS systems and processes
  • Understanding of change management principles
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience of working with clinical teams and implementing hospital patient administration and/or clinical systems
