Position: Strategic Finance Advisor

Location: LEEDS

Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a competitive remuneration package

In this pivotal role at QA, you will serve as a key support to the Commercial Finance Manager, collaborating closely with the organization to assist essential stakeholders and equip them with the insights necessary for informed strategic choices, while effectively communicating potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of financial plans and quarterly forecasts
  • Monitoring and achieving financial goals and objectives
  • Client reporting in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
  • Delivering financial analysis and insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance performance
  • Identifying and executing process enhancements
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Conducting various ad-hoc analyses

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Experience in providing analysis and commentary on monthly financial results
  • Expertise in preparing budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to present financial analysis in a clear manner for non-financial audiences
  • Experience in the preparation and completion of management accounts
  • Collaboration with non-financial teams
  • Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
