About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Advisor to join our Advancement team at WSP. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and advancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to major Distribution Warehouse & Industrial clients on valuation and rating matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Valuation Office Agency to negotiate and resolve valuation disputes.
  • Utilize sound financial and numeracy skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth and development strategies.
