About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Advancement to join our team at WSP. As a key member of our Advancement team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to major Distribution Warehouse & Industrial clients, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and development.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective business development plans, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and communications teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and development.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of the Distribution Warehouse & Industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business development plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
