Position: Strategic Finance Advisor

Location: LEEDS

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with a competitive remuneration package

In this pivotal role at QA, you will serve as a key resource to the Commercial Finance Manager, collaborating closely with various departments to assist crucial stakeholders by delivering insightful data that informs strategic choices, while effectively communicating potential risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Overseeing and meeting financial goals and objectives
  • Client reporting as per contractual obligations
  • Assisting in the preparation of management accounts
  • Delivering financial analysis and detailed commentary
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance performance
  • Identifying and executing process enhancements
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Conducting various ad-hoc analyses

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Professional Qualification in CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Ability to provide insightful commentary and analysis on monthly results
  • Experience in budget preparation and forecasting
  • Proficient in presenting analysis suitable for non-financial audiences
  • Preparation and finalization of management accounts
  • Experience collaborating with non-financial teams
  • Skilled in handling complex spreadsheets
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
