We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Planning Lead to join our team at 18 Recruitment Limited. The ideal candidate will lead the Damp & Mould Team, overseeing Pre & Post Inspections on properties across London and ensuring operatives comply with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include day-to-day supervision, attending Pre-Inspections, and ensuring works are completed on time and to a high standard. **Responsibilities:**
  • Day-to-day supervision of the Mould & Damp Team, ensuring all operatives are working efficiently and productively.
  • Attend Pre-Inspections to properties for Mould & Damp, including taking photos.
  • Upload all Pre-Inspections to the company system.
  • Attend Post-Inspections to properties for Mould & Damp, including taking photos.
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard.
  • Organise operatives and assist with planning Mould & Damp appointments in conjunction with the Minor Works Team.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork, such as method statements and risk assessments, and deliver toolbox talks.
  • Attend regular weekly/bi-weekly meetings with your line manager.
  • Ascertain that all subcontractors and operatives carrying out works on site have been inducted.
  • Obtain and ascertain that method statements issued by subcontractors are adequate and acceptable prior to authorising works to proceed.
  • CSCS.
  • Ability to report on large multi-trade works, including codes and full depth reports.
  • Must have a full driving licence, as you will be driving a company van from site to site.
