About the Opportunity

As a Senior Engineer at Arm, you will play a critical role in the development of leading AI compute on Arm devices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Systems IP team, which is rapidly growing to develop best-in-class solutions based on Arm's IP.

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the physical implementation of Arm Solutions using cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative silicon implementation techniques and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the physical implementation flow from RTL to GDSII, including Synthesis, Floorplanning, Place & Route, STA, Power Analysis, and Physical Verification.
  • Collaborate with design teams to influence system micro-architecture and optimize performance, power, and area.
  • Analyze problems, reason logically about solutions, and chart the appropriate course to take.
  • Present ideas, results, and conclusions in a proficient and organized way.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Possess good understanding of concepts related to Synthesis, Place & Route, Clock tree synthesis, constraint development, timing closure, and knowledge of hardware languages: Verilog/System verilog.
  • Experience with writing and validating UPF, algorithmic thinking, and some programming experience in Tcl, Make, and Linux shell.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and results in a clear and concise manner.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $145,000 - $170,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
