- Assist residents in maintaining their independence and engagement in daily activities

- Encourage residents to explore new interests and participate in physical activities
- Foster strong relationships with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences
- Promote a culture of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide innovative experiences and activities
- Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor, demonstrating commitment, initiative, and a genuine desire to enhance residents' lives
