Project Management Assistant - Luxury Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Assistant to support our team in delivering luxury residential and hotel projects in London.

About the Position:

  • This role involves assisting the Project Team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects to meet the expectations of our discerning clients.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are required to work closely with project support roles and maintain a streamlined approach.
  • You will be responsible for producing, formatting, and managing essential documents, agreements, reports, and spreadsheets to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
  • You will build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders to support efficient project and task management.
  • Additionally, you will assist in preparing and formatting presentation materials for client meetings and presentations.
  • Suitable candidates will support the creation of contracts and other formal documents, including organization of print materials as needed.
  • You will maintain templates current and accessible for efficient use.
  • You will also coordinate and compile reports and (when necessary) invoice schedules for the Project Team.
  • In this role, you will organize project meetings, liaising with external stakeholders to ensure productive and successful outcomes.
  • You will assist with arranging travel and related logistics for the Project Team.
  • Recording minutes or notes during meetings when required is also a requirement.
  • Lastly, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the Office and Company.

Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a luxury property development environment.
  • Willingness to assist with administrative tasks to support the Project Team and contribute to efficient, high-quality project delivery.

The salary for this role is estimated at £48,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have a background in project coordination and excellent communication skills.
