We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants who are committed to improving the quality of life for those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence while collaborating with a dynamic team to provide exceptional care.

The service operates a well-established residence that offers support for individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The welcoming environment is unparalleled, with a devoted team that consistently delivers outstanding support. Many staff members have been with us for an extended period, ensuring stability for those we assist.

As a Nocturnal Care Assistant, your role will involve enhancing the lives of those we support by aiding with bedtime routines, including personal care, and conducting regular checks throughout the night. Additionally, you will be expected to perform light domestic tasks during any available time.
