We are seeking genuinely compassionate, hands-on Female Care Assistants who are dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support. As a care assistant with us, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence while collaborating within a dynamic team to support a wonderful group of individuals.

The service is a well-established residence providing assistance for individuals with autism and learning disabilities. The welcoming environment is unparalleled, with a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional support. Most of our staff have been with us for a considerable time, ensuring stability for those they assist.

As a Nocturnal Care Assistant, you will enhance the lives of those we support by aiding with bedtime routines, including personal care, and conducting regular checks throughout the night. You will also be responsible for light domestic tasks during any available time.

We value our Care Assistants having both the appropriate experience and the right values. Therefore, at this service, our Care Assistants should be resilient, adaptable, and composed in their approach, possessing experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
