Marketing Automation Manager

Coventry University Online Limited (CUOL) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in helping us establish GrowCo, a function within CUOL that will develop a strong marketing, sales, and recruitment team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly capable Marketing Automation professional to assist in the scaling and advancement of the University's online and distance learning initiative. You will lead the execution of targeted and personalised marketing campaigns while leveraging automation tools to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a short and long-term marketing automation strategy for each stage of the customer lifecycle, aligned with overall GrowCo growth objectives.
  • Lead the execution of automated marketing journeys and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for automated marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the GrowCo Commercial Lead to develop and optimise marketing automation strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong background in digital technology and the latest innovations in e-learning. You should have proven experience in a related business and marketing management role, specifically in marketing automation or a wider digital marketing role.

You will be tech-savvy with an in-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms (MAPs), CRM, web analytics, and design tools and principles. Experience in setting up automated campaigns in marketing automation platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and evidence of optimising marketing strategies and lead scoring is required.
